How should I store my macarons?

To maintain freshness, store your macarons in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For the best flavor and texture, let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes, we ship nationwide using insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your macarons arrive in perfect condition. We typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

Are your macarons gluten-free?

Naturally, our macaron shells are made with almond flour and egg whites, making them gluten-friendly. However, they are produced in a facility that also handles wheat, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Can I place a custom order for an event?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom colors and flavors for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Please contact our team at least 14 days in advance for custom orders.

What is your return policy for perishable items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do you have vegan options available?

Currently, our traditional macarons contain egg whites and dairy. We are working on a vegan line and recommend signing up for our newsletter to be notified of its launch.
